- UNL Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Resource Center
- The office houses three GLBT student organizations. Staffed by volunteers, the office strvies to provide information and support to GLBT students and allies as well as providing a safe environment for the discussion of issues faced by gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people.

- Gay Student Alliance at the University of Arkansas
- Our purpose is to provide support and advocacy for all gays, lesbians, bisexuals, and gay-friendly heterosexuals within the University and NorthWest Arkansas. We try to increase positive awareness of the gay, lesbian, and bisexual community by hosting speakers, fundraisers, and participating in festivities such as Autumn Fest, Student Organization Fairs, and so forth. We try whenever possible to provide educational information on issues concerning gay, lesbian, and bisexual people as a means to curtail homophobia.

- Expert on bisexuality, sacred & radical sex, and inter-related oppressions issues. Loraine Hutchins is a 4th generation Washingtonian. Her 3 decades of local and national organizing on civil rights, youth advocacy, housing, feminist, and peace & justice issues all inform her current work on sexual liberation issues.

- MIT ROTC Task Force
- The ROTC Task Force is a group of faculty and students appointed by President Vest to undertake a review of the impact of the military's "Don't ask, don't tell" policy governing homosexual orientation and conduct in the armed forces. This work follows a five year effort by the MIT administration to try to bring change to Department of Defense policies in this area.
