- The California Men's Gathering is an extended weekend retreat produced by a group of volunteer planners. It is structured around large Community Events, which everyone attends, and many smaller Workshops you select from a full menu of different choices. The various activities are serious and frivolous, heartfelt, hilarious, scary and exhilarating. There are so many different activities to choose from that your personal experience is always up to you.
