- 2009 Metro East Pride Festival - Belleville, IL
- Metro East Pride is a community-based organization dedicated to celebrating diversity, equality, and tolerance in the Metro East area of Southern Illinois. Metro East Pride is working within our communities to commemorate our heritage and celebrate the culture of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, and Intersex individuals and their families in their area. Metro East Pride is a tax exempt 501(c) 3 organization promoted as a project of the Coalition for Economic and Social Justice (CESJ). (Future dates for this event have not been provided.)

- Every year in Chicago, June Pride Month features over 90 social, cultural, athletic and political events. These events, that take place in different areas of the metro Chicago area, are organized by various community organizations and individuals. (Last confirmed date was 06/27/04.
