- Wild Ideas
- Wild Ideas is a site dedicated to the celebration of the
wild in all its forms. This site is divided into a number of
subject areas, dealing with different facets of wildness,
from the familiar concept of wilderness and wild nature
(The Forest) to looser interpretations of the term in the
contexts of spirituality (The Temple), sexuality (The Calyx),
creativity (The Studio), consciousness (The Madhouse) and
politics (The Commons). Specific topics addressed include
anarchism, radical environmentalism, media activism &
culture-jamming; queer culture & politics; Wicca & paganism;
depression, anxiety & activist burnout.

- The Calyx: Wild Sexuality
- The Calyx explores various challenges to the conventional,
domesticated ideas of sexuality and gender: feminism; gay,
lesbian, bisexual and transgender issues; and the
rethinking/revisioning of sexuality in general. The Calyx
Library includes many of Lynna Landstreet's "Nihil Obstat"
columns from Xtra (a Canadian lesbian/gay newspaper).
The Calyx can be viewed as a standalone site, but it is also
part of Wild Ideas, a larger site celebrating the wild in all
its forms, from the familiar sense of wilderness and wild
nature, to looser interpretations in the contexts of
spirituality, sexuality, politics and consciousness.
