- Equality Fauquier/Culpeper (EFC) is a two-county wide non-partisan organization committed to the advocacy for equal rights for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, (GLBT) questioning and straight community united for the cause of equality. We foster a freindly community for GLBT people and their friends in Fauquier/Culpeper Counties, Virginia offering support and information. EFC was founded in June of 2005. We provide YOUTH programs as well as programs for adults. We also provide Local, State, National, and International Resources.
