- Crape Myrtle Festival
- The Annual Crape Myrtle Festival is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization, which has raised over $650,000 for HIV/AIDS and other health concerns of the Triangle gay and lesbian community, ranks as one of the top fund raisers in the Research Triangle area.
